What is a credit?
A credit is a unit of consumption — one website scan typically costs 2–6 credits depending on the tool. Health = 2 credits, Vision = 4, Compare = 6, Radar = 3.
Do credits expire?
Free credits (20 on signup) expire after 30 days. Paid credits never expire — use them anytime while your account exists.
Can I cancel anytime?
There is nothing to cancel — Pinsero is pay-as-you-go without subscriptions. You buy credits once and use them at your own pace.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can run free Health scans (3 per day per IP) without registration. To save your projects, see history or buy more credits, you need a free account.
What is the difference between the tools?
Health checks performance, SEO and security. Vision sees your site through the eyes of AI. Guard monitors security threats. Monitor watches uptime. Compare benchmarks competitors. Radar tracks visibility across search and AI platforms.
Can I buy more credits at any time?
Yes. You can top up anytime and all paid credits remain available without time limit. New credits add to your existing balance.
Is there a free trial?
Every account gets 20 free credits on signup — that is roughly 10 Health scans or 5 Vision scans. No card required.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of submitting a refund request. Used credits cannot be refunded as services have already been delivered.
Which blacklists do you check?
In Mail DNS audit we check 30 most important blacklists (DNSBL/DBL) grouped into 3 tiers by trust level. If your domain or mail server appears on any of them, you get a direct delisting link.
